SETA suggests this recipe for lime-coconut chia pudding, with the subtle green tea flavour of their Matcha latté blend, a harmonized synergy of 5 superfoods to boost energy and concentration. - 1 cup
- coconut milk
- 250 mL
- ½ cup
- silken tofu
- 125 mL
- ¼ cup
- freshly pressed organic lime juice
- 60 mL
- 2 tbsp
- maple syrup
- 30 mL
- 1 tsp.
- pure vanilla extract
- 5 mL
- 2 tbsp
- SETA Matcha latté blend
- 30 mL
- 1 tsp.
- organic lime zest
- 5 mL
- ¼ cup
- chia seeds
- 60 mL
Directions
- Step 1
- In a blender, add coconut milk, silky tofu, lime juice, maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, and SETA Matcha latté. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Step 2
- Pour the mixture into a Mason-style jar, then add the lime zest and chia. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
- Step 3
- When ready to serve, pour the mixture into your favourite container or dish.
- Step 4
- Add toppings like Vegan vanilla yogurt, Coconut shavings or Fresh fruit to taste – we like bananas, blueberries, fresh mint, and organic lime zest.
Tips
Note : If you prefer your chia pudding with more liquid, add the desired amount of plant-based beverage and mix well before adding your toppings.
