Adding a portion of smoothie mix to your yogurt will add nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, in addition to a good dose of fiber. We like to use SETA's strawberry pitaya smoothie mix, a blend of superfoods including strawberry and acerola berry, which are rich in vitamin C. The combination of yogurt and smoothie ensures you have a satiating snack or breakfast.

- SETA Strawberry Pitaya Smoothie Mix (or other flavor of your choice)
- 65 ml
- Toppings
- 1/2
- banana, cut into slices

- strawberries, cut into slices

- homemade granola
- 30 ml
