The easiest and quickest way to incorporate superfoods into your daily life is to combine a serving of SETA smoothie mix with your favorite plant-based milk! For lunch, as a snack or as dessert, there is something for everyone. The Tropical Green Smoothie is our blend of choice with its combination of 4 different superfoods in one serving: wheatgrass, spinach, kale and spirulina.

Ingredients

1 cup
almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
250 ml
1/4 cup
SETA Tropical Green Smoothie Mix (or other flavor of your choice)
65 ml

Directions

Step 1
In a Mason jar or cocktail shaker, add the almond milk, then the smoothie mix.
Step 2
Close the container tightly and shake vigorously before enjoying.
