The easiest and quickest way to incorporate superfoods into your daily life is to combine a serving of SETA smoothie mix with your favorite plant-based milk! For lunch, as a snack or as dessert, there is something for everyone. The Tropical Green Smoothie is our blend of choice with its combination of 4 different superfoods in one serving: wheatgrass, spinach, kale and spirulina.
Ingredients

- almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
- 250 ml
- 1/4 cup
- SETA Tropical Green Smoothie Mix (or other flavor of your choice)
- 65 ml
Directions
- Step 1
- In a Mason jar or cocktail shaker, add the almond milk, then the smoothie mix.
- Step 2
- Close the container tightly and shake vigorously before enjoying.
