Whether joining a movement or challenging yourself, going dry in February has become a tradition in Quebec. Going dry is more than just a way to abstain, it’s also a chance to rethink your relationship with alcohol.
Mocktails are a great choice year-round, but let’s start with February!
Luckily, new alcohol-free products are starting to shake things up. Their popularity has exploded in recent years, and Rachelle Béry health food stores offer a wonderful selection. Going alcohol-free is gradually becoming more common.
Studies show that genes are responsible for a 50% risk of developing an alcohol use disorder. The 50% who aren’t at risk should think about how often they drink, how much they drink, and the environment they’re drinking in. With this in mind, let’s go over some healthy habits for responsible consumption all year!
Let’s get into the spirit and try some tasty mocktails. Cheers to new aspirations!
