Ingredients:
Salad
- 100 to 200 grams of mixed salad per person
- 1 greenhouse tomato, cubed
- A few cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 radish or daikon radish (your choice), sliced
- 125 ml Québec feta
- 1 handful of green and purple basil leaves, roughly chopped
Vinaigrette
- 30 ml camelina oil
- 15 ml balsamic vinegar
- Fleur de sel, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a salad bowl or deep dish, whisk together all the ingredients for the vinaigrette.
Step 2
Add the ingredients for the salad and toss well. Adjust seasoning to taste.
