Ingredients:

Salad

  • 100 to 200 grams of mixed salad per person
  • 1 greenhouse tomato, cubed
  • A few cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 radish or daikon radish (your choice), sliced
  • 125 ml Québec feta
  • 1 handful of green and purple basil leaves, roughly chopped

Vinaigrette

  • 30 ml camelina oil
  • 15 ml balsamic vinegar
  • Fleur de sel, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a salad bowl or deep dish, whisk together all the ingredients for the vinaigrette.

Step 2

Add the ingredients for the salad and toss well. Adjust seasoning to taste.
