Directions

Step 1
Place rack in centre of oven and preheat to 180 °C (350 °F).
Step 2
Spray a 23 cm x 23 cm (9 in. x 9 in.) square baking pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
Step 3
Purée chickpeas, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, coconut oil, cocoa powder and sugar in a food processor.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the raspberries and chocolate, and mix.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let cool.
