- Step 1
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients except for the cacao nibs. Mix until the texture becomes a thick paste. Add the cacao nibs and mix for a few seconds until uniform.
- Step 2
- Roll the mixture into ping-pong-sized balls and place them in a container. Refrigerate for 1 hour or store in the freezer for later. When you’re ready, take them out, let thaw at room temperature, and enjoy!
