Prepare complete, healthy and nutritious breakfasts by letting the magic happen in the fridge overnight! In this chia pudding, we like to use SETA's raspberry acai smoothie mix for its abundance of berries rich in antioxidants: acai, maqui, blueberry and raspberry, tasty superfoods that we love to eat every day. Add fruit, homemade granola and nut butter as toppings for even more flavor!
Refrigeration time: 4 hours or overnight
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp.
- chia seeds
- 45 ml
- 1/4 cup
- SETA raspberry acai smoothie mix (or other flavour of your choice)
- 60 ml
- 1 cup
- almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
- 250 ml
- Toppings
- 1/2 cup
- frozen berry mix (mixture of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries)
- 125 ml
- 2 tbsp.
- homemade granola
- 30 ml
- 1 tbsp.
- natural peanut butter (or other seed or nut butter of your choice)
- 15 ml
Directions
- Step 1
- In a Mason jar type container, combine all the ingredients, except the toppings.
- Step 2
- Close the Mason jar and shake to mix well, then place in the fridge.
- Step 3
- 30 minutes later, shake again before refrigerating overnight.
- Step 4
- When serving, add toppings on top for an extra dose of nutrients, flavors and textures.
