Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, chili powder, basil, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Step 3
Coat salmon fillets evenly with breadcrumb mixture.
Step 4
Bake fish for 10 to 12 minutes in the oven, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Step 5
Serve with roasted sweet potatoes and sugar peas.
