Directions
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to broil and place rack in top position.
- Step 2
- Spread crackers on a baking sheet and top each with a slice of goat cheese.
- Step 3
- Broil for 2–3 minutes, until cheese starts to melt slightly.
- Step 4
- Remove from oven and top with onion and cranberry confit. Decorate with sprouts and serve immediately.
