Directions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli florets into bite-size pieces. Keep the broccoli stalk, remove its tough skin, and slice it into thin strips.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the broccoli with remaining salad ingredients except the cilantro. Set aside.
Step 3
In a food processor or with a hand blender, combine all the dressing ingredients.
Step 4
Garnish the bottom of the plates with the dressing, serve a portion of salad, then drizzle with more dressing. Add the cilantro and a few hemp seeds.
