- Preheat oven to 120°C (250°F).
- Step 2
- Use a vegetable peeler to remove nice pieces of peel from the lemon. Spread out the lemon peel on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until dried. Remove from the oven and chop coarsely.

- In a 250-mL (1-cup) container, layer the green tea leaves, lemon zest, and then diced ginger.
- Step 4
- Toast the grains of rice in a skillet over medium-high heat until a brownish colour. Set aside to cool.
- Step 5
- Use a knife to coarsely chop the popcorn.
- Step 6
- Mix together the toasted rice, popcorn, and green tea leaves in a bowl.

- Place mixture in a 250-mL (1-cup) container.
