- limes, sliced

- pomegranate, seeds (arils) only
- A few sprigs of fresh rosemary or pine, coarsely chopped
- 1 ½ cups
- KWE boreal and hops tonic cocktail syrup
Directions
- Step 1
- Cut lime slices in half, then cut each half slice into 3–4 small pieces.
- Step 2
- Peel away membranes from pomegranate to remove arils.
- Step 3
- Place lime pieces, arils and a bit of rosemary or pine in ice cube trays.
- Step 4
- Fill each compartment with KWE tonic syrup and place in freezer.
- Step 5
- Once frozen, place 3–4 ice cubes in a glass and serve with sparkling water, ginger beer or sparkling wine.
