Directions
- Step 1
- Place all crust ingredients in food processor and grind into small pieces.
- Step 2
- Press nut mixture into a round 23-cm (9-in.) baking pan, completely covering the base and sides, to shape the crust.
- Step 3
- Purée avocados in food processor until smooth.
- Step 4
- In the meantime, break chocolate into chunks and melt in microwave.
- Step 5
- Add maple syrup, cocoa, and melted chocolate to avocados and mix well to combine. Pour filling over crust, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
