Directions

Step 1
Place all crust ingredients in food processor and grind into small pieces.
Step 2
Press nut mixture into a round 23-cm (9-in.) baking pan, completely covering the base and sides, to shape the crust.
Step 3
Purée avocados in food processor until smooth.
Step 4
In the meantime, break chocolate into chunks and melt in microwave.
Step 5
Add maple syrup, cocoa, and melted chocolate to avocados and mix well to combine. Pour filling over crust, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
