- In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the potatoes until tender. Drain and let cool.
- Step 2
- In a large bowl, combine the crème fraiche, lemon juice, and garlic. Set aside.
- Step 3
- Add the potatoes and remaining ingredients to the crème fraiche mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
