Adding a portion of smoothie mix to your yogurt will add nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, in addition to a good dose of fiber. We like to use SETA's strawberry pitaya smoothie mix, a blend of superfoods including strawberry and acerola berry, which are rich in vitamin C. The combination of yogurt and smoothie ensures you have a satiating snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

plain yogurt of your choice
185 ml
1/4 cup
SETA Strawberry Pitaya Smoothie Mix (or other flavor of your choice)
65 ml
Toppings
1/2
banana, cut into slices

strawberries, cut into slices

homemade granola
30 ml

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, gently combine yogurt and smoothie mix.
Step 2
Add toppings on top for an extra dose of fiber and crunch.
