Description
This recipe is made with Botanica Perfect Greens powder, a carefully crafted blend of organic ingredients including chlorella, spirulina, barley and wheatgrass, as well as a variety of leafy greens. This combination is designed to enrich your diet with vegetables, ensuring optimal nutritional intake.
Ingredients

- Botanica Perfect Greens powder Berry flavour

- Pomegranate arils
- 250 ml
Directions
- Step 1
- In a bowl, place the chocolate chips. Melt gently in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Step 2
- In another bowl, mix the puffed quinoa and the Botanica Perfect Greens powder. Add the pomegranate arils and the tempered melted chocolate. Mix.
- Step 3
- Place in a silicone bar mold or muffin mold, or place paper cases in a metal muffin mold to make it easier to remove. Press well.
- Step 4
- Place in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes or until hard and solid. Remove from the refrigerator. Enjoy.
Tips
- Bars will keep for 2-3 days in the fridge, in an airtight container.
- Pomegranate arils can be replaced with other berries, such as blueberries, raspberries or strawberries.
