Rainbow trout fillets with cucumber

English cucumber
1
lemon

dill
To taste,
salt and pepper

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Step 2
Bake fish in an ovenproof dish for about 10 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Step 3
Remove fish from oven and allow to cool slightly.
Step 4
Arrange cucumber slices on fish, overlapping to imitate fish scales.
Step 5
Garnish fish with lemon wedges and dill sprigs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Serve with jasmine rice and a tomato salad.
