- Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
- Step 2
- In a food processor, mix beans and 125 mL (½ cup) quinoa.
- Step 3
- In a large bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients by hand and incorporate the quinoa and beans mixture. Shape into individual patties and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, turn them over and bake for another 10 minutes.
