I call it my Mason jar insta-soup It’s main ingredients are foods I like to keep on hand at all times, which means that I can whip it up in a flash!
Ingredients

Directions

- Place all ingredients into a wide-mouth glass jar in the order listed above. Close the lid and refrigerate. It will keep for up to one week in the fridge.
- When you are ready to eat it, simply pour 375 mL (1 ½ cups) boiling water into the jar. Wait 5 minutes, mix gently and enjoy your insta-soup!

- The vegetarian
- Place all ingredients into a wide-mouth glass jar in the order listed above. Close the lid and refrigerate. It will keep for up to a week in the fridge.
