This picture-perfect mocktail is a delicious way to celebrate Easter long weekend. It’s a great option for those jumping on the mocktail bandwagon and a refreshing change from traditional mimosas.
This light and refreshing mocktail is sure to become a favourite for your small (or not so small!) gatherings. And your kids will love it too!
Ingredients

- Makes mocktail
- Honey syrup
- ½ cup
- honey
- ½ cup
- boiling water

Combine honey and boiling water in a cup. Let cool and refrigerate.
*Honey syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for 3–4 weeks.
- Sparkling mocktail
- 2
- sprigs fresh tarragon
- 1 oz.
- honey syrup
- 1
- Juice of orange about
- ½
- Juice of lemon
- 1 oz.
- pure cranberry juice, not from concentrate
- Sparkling water
- Ice
Directions
- Step 1
- In a mixing glass, muddle tarragon sprigs in the honey syrup.
- Step 2
- Add remaining ingredients, except the sparkling water.
- Step 3
- Mix with a swizzle stick or bar spoon until the tip feels cold.
- Step 4
- Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a glass that has been pre-chilled with ice and top up with sparkling water.
- Step 5
- Garnish with fresh tarragon.
