Directions
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a bowl, beat eggs and mix in coconut milk, honey, and lemon zest.
- Step 3
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add coconut oil and mix well. The mix should be lumpy. Add strawberries and basil and stir in well.

- Incorporate wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
- Step 5
- Spread mix on baking sheet in a round 1-inch thick shape, about 6 to 7 inches in diameter. If desired, brush with coconut milk and drizzle honey over top. Cut into two equal parts.
