Directions
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Step 2
- In a bowl, combine date puree, apple sauce and egg.
- Step 3
- Add baking soda, baking powder, lime zest and juice and the salt. Wait for that emulsion (just for the fun of it); then mix well.
- Step 4
- Gradually stir in almond powder, oat flakes, chia seeds and chocolate chips.
- Step 5
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat so cookies don’t stick.
- Step 6
- Portion dough onto sheet with a spoon or ice cream scoop to create nice plump Labriskis.
- Step 7
- Décorer avec un peu de zeste de lime, d’avoine ou de quinoa.
- Step 8
- Garnish with a bit of lime zest, oatmeal or quinoa.
