Directions
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Step 2
- In a bowl, combine date puree, plant-based milk, chia seeds, and Protein Smoothie.
- Step 3
- Next add matcha, coconut flakes, puffed quinoa and mix well.
- Step 4
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silcone mat so cookies don’t stick.
- Step 5
- Portion dough onto baking sheet with a spoon or ice cream scoop to create nice plump Labriskis.
- Step 6
- Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool on a rack before devouring. *For crunchier cookies, go with 20 minutes cooking time.
