Ingredients

- potatoes, previously boiled

Directions
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 180˚C (350˚F).
- Step 2
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry onion 3 to 4 minutes.
- Step 3
- Add sausages and brown 3 to 4 minutes. In the meantime, place sauerkraut in an ovenproof dish and moisten with white wine.
- Step 4
- Lay sausages and onion on sauerkraut and season to taste.
- Step 5
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes.
