Which Rachelle Béry products are available for delivery with Voilà par IGA?
Vitamins, supplements and natural health products from Espaces Santé Rachelle Béry are available for delivery on voila.ca. However, fresh products, grocery items and ready-to-eat from Rachelle Béry will continue to only be available in stores.
How do you make sure the products you provide are fresh?
We have a freshness guarantee for delivery.
To make sure that you are receiving all of your items as fresh as possible, we partner closely with our suppliers and carefully monitor the shelf life of all our products in our warehouse and our stores.
Our warehouse and delivery vans are all temperature controlled - with specific compartments for room temperature, chilled, and frozen - to ensure your products are handled at the right temperature all the way from our warehouse to your door. Our delivery teammates do a final temperature check at delivery to ensure that nothing has been compromised in transit.
What happens if something is not up to my standards with my order?

Where are you available?
Our delivery service is available in the Greater Montreal Area, and Quebec City. To confirm whether we are available in your area, please click here.
If you are not currently in our service area, please subscribe to our updates and you will be the first to know when we launch in your area. Please note that curbside pickup is not currently available in Quebec.
Do I need to create an account to order online?
Yes. Creating an account with your basic information allows you to place an order, review your past orders, and reorder from past orders. You can browse our site without creating an account, but you will be prompted to create an account before you checkout. If you have an existing IGA.net account, you can use your existing credentials to sign in. Existing grocery lists will be transferred to voila.ca if applicable.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. For delivery in Québec, the minimum order is $35.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. You can change or cancel an order anytime before the order cut-off time by going to your orders under “Account”.
Click on Account, select “Your orders”, select “Edit”, then remove products, adjust quantities or begin shopping for additional items. You must return to your cart, click “Save changes”, then “Continue checkout”, then “Place order”. You will know your changes were saved when you receive an email notification.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You can track your order by going to your account settings and clicking on “Current Order” under “My Orders”.
When will my credit card be charged?
When you place your order, a hold will be put on your credit card. When we are ready to assemble your order, it will appear as a pending transaction. As soon as your order is delivered to your house, we will then proceed with your final transaction on your credit card. Our teammate will review your order with you before finalizing the order and payment. Please note, it may take 2-3 days for this final charge to appear on your credit card statement.
We recommend that you contact your financial institution to verify these transactions, as some institutions might take longer than 3 days to post the charge.
Are the products the same as I would find in my local store?
For delivery in Quebec, we carry fresh product and grocery items from IGA alongside customer favourites like Rachelle Béry, Kim Phat and Ricardo.

Do you have the same prices and promotions as my local store?
We have similar pricing for like items as our Rachelle Béry stores in Québec. Pricing and promotions may vary and not all in-store offers may be available on Voilà. Once you’ve signed in and selected your location and time slot, the most accurate pricing and promotional information will be displayed prior to checkout. Voila par IGA is committed to providing great value – including promotions – to our consumers. While in the same family of brands, Voila par IGA operates independently from IGA. Therefore, the promotions you see on Voila.ca may differ from Rachelle Béry stores.
Why did I get a notification that a product in my cart was no longer available when I booked my time?
Our product availability may differ by location and time slot. To see accurate product availability, pricing and promotions, always select your location and book a time slot before adding products to your cart. Please note that the flyer price you see is the price you’ll pay. Flyer pricing is applied the date you checkout, regardless of delivery or pick up date.
Are substitutions ever made on my order?
If an item(s) is out of stock at the time your order is being picked, we will substitute a similar item for you. When your order is assembled, a notification is sent to you advising of any substitutions or item(s) we were not able to fulfill. You have the option of refusing this substitution when reviewing your order with our delivery teammate, and you will not be charged for a substituted item, unless you approve it.

How does delivery work?
Our friendly and professional delivery teammates will call you and advise that they will be arriving shortly to ensure someone will be home to accept the delivery. They will bring your order to your door and review it with you to make sure you are satisfied.
In Quebec, if you include alcohol in your order, the delivery teammate will carry out age verification in cases where there is at least one item whose purchase is legally restricted according to age to ensure the safety of our customers and their families.

What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fee varies depending on the timeslot booked. The delivery charge applicable to each one-hour delivery window will be displayed on the delivery booking page. Please continue to check back often for the latest information. Your Voila order fee is inclusive of assembly and delivery or pick-up. No hidden service fees or surcharges. Tipping is not expected, but you are welcome to tip your delivery teammate at the door for exceptional service.

Do you deliver to apartments? offices? restaurants? cottages?
Absolutely, simply register your address and if it is in our area, we will deliver. Please provide the necessary details for our delivery teammate to successfully delivery the order to you.
Our delivery vehicles are not equipped to handle some roads. If we cannot safely manoeuvre the delivery vehicle to your door, our delivery teammate will call you to make other arrangements.

How do I update or add a delivery address?
You can update or add a delivery address by going to your account settings and clicking on “Edit” to correct an existing address or “Add an address” to add another address.
I received my Voilà grocery order, but it came from a non-Voilà branded van. Why is that?
Due to high order volumes and to ensure orders arrive during their scheduled delivery windows, Voilà may occasionally utilize a third-party delivery service which may use non-Voilà branded vehicles. This is part of our COVID-19 response to help serve more customers in this challenging time.
I read that Rachelle Béry is eliminating plastic bags in stores – why does my delivery order come with plastic bags?

Can I return bottles for a deposit refund?
For Quebec only: Delivery teammates cannot take empties at the time of delivery. Bottles can be returned at any store during opening hours or at the Customer Fulfilment Centre: 2400 Route Transcanadienne, Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 1B1 from 7:00 am until 10:00 pm. Please note that no cash refunds will be given at the CFC where all refunds are made to a debit card.

Yes, we do! If you are 70+ or have mobility issues, please contact customer service for a special discount.
What if weather conditions are unsafe for delivery?
The safety of our delivery personnel and the public is paramount to us. We ask that you please ensure your walkways are cleared of any snow and ice. Our delivery staff is instructed to exercise caution when driving through inclement weather and other road hazards, which may result in delays. If your delivery will be delayed due to hazardous driving conditions, we will call or email you as soon as possible on that day to let you know.

What is Delivery Pass?
Delivery Pass is a subscription currently available for delivery in Québec that allows you to access unlimited Voilà grocery deliveries for a fixed rate with a $35 minimum grocery order, before tax. Several Delivery Pass options exist depending on your needs – monthly, 6 months and 1 year as well as specific weekday choices – and are priced accordingly.
How does Delivery Pass work?
Add your desired Delivery Pass to your account and your pass is automatically added and ready to use. You will be charged immediately for your purchase to the credit card you have on file. No long-term commitment – cancel anytime. Otherwise, your pass will be automatically renewed.

How do I cancel my Delivery Pass subscription?
You can cancel the auto-renewal at anytime by selecting “Cancel Auto-Renewal” before your pass expiration date in your Account Settings. Once you cancel the auto-renewal, your pass will remain valid until its expiration date, which is based on the original date of purchase. The term (1 month, 6 months, 12 months) is paid upfront and cannot be cancelled before the end of term.
Once I have subscribed to a Delivery Pass, am I able to change the type of pass I chose?
If you wish to change your selected pass, please call Customer Service at 1.877.VOILA.CA (1.877.864.5222) and they will be able to assist you in picking the right pass for your needs.
Can you use the pass on more than one delivery address/household?
Your Delivery Pass is valid for all addresses in a region.
Refer A Friend Program
Where can I find the referral program?
Please visit referral.voila.ca to sign up for the referral program. Quebec customers, please visit http://referral.voila.ca/v2/3/register to sign up.
I referred a friend; how do I receive my reward?
A one-time use voucher code is emailed to your registered email address within 45 days from the date your referral (friend or family member) received their first order.
How will my referral receive their introductory offer?
Share your referral link from the referral dashboard through email, text message, social media or any other form of media where link sharing is possible. This link will lead the referral to a form where they can request their one-time use introductory offer code.
When will my referral reward expire?
The expiry date will be indicated in your reward email.
Why is my referral having trouble requesting their code?
If your referral has requested a code before or is part of the referral program, they will not be able to request the code.
